Draper, brothers William and Murray Draper, and sister Lois Hathaway. Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Home, 153 High St., Clinton on Wednesday from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 2 p.m. Cremation with interment of ashes in Clinton Cemetery at a later date. As
