Ernest Clifton 'Cliff' Saigle, CD 1924 - 2010

Ernest Clifton Saigle, WWII Veteran and proud member of North Star 322 AF & AM, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side in Owen Sound on Friday December 10th, 2010 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Ruth Elaine Saigle (nee Pamenter), Loving father of James and his wife Heather of Pembroke, Don and his wife Terry of Vancouver Island, Ken and his wife Penny of Metcalfe and Stan and his wife Sandra of Belleville. Loving grandfather to his grandchildren and great granddaughter Lillian. Dear brother of Betty and her husband Charles Summers of Guelph and the late Donna MacKay. Cliff will be missed by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the Breckenridge-Ashcroft Funeral Home on Monday December 13th, 2010 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. A Masonic service will take place Monday evening at 7:00 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday December 14th, 2010 at 11:00 am. Interment of Ashes at Greenwood Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Masonic “Chip Program” or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
